1. Mathias Tourism Co. WLL, P.O. Box 11437, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain provides tours, transportation and other activities either by itself or through its suppliers.

2. All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.

3. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

4. The full price of any Activity shall be due and payable when a booking is made and Mathias Tourism may cancel any booking if the full price of the Activity is not paid. No refund will be payable to you in respect of a booking cancelled less than fortyeight (48) hours prior to commencement of an Activity.

5. After payment our system will send you confirmation/voucher by email, this voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase and will be presented to the service provider.

6. All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to info@mathiastourism.com

7. Mathias Tourism reserves the right to alter or omit any part of an Activity for which a booking has been made without notice to you and for any reason whatsoever. In particular, due to the nature of many of the Activities, delay and cancellations may result due to factors beyond Mathias Tourism control, such as the weather, sickness, strikes, disputes and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at the discretion of Mathias Tourism and/or the operator of the Activity concerned, but is not guaranteed.

8. You acknowledge that Mathias Tourism may not have direct control over the maintenance or safety of all the equipment or machinery used in providing the Activities, nor may it have any direct control over the training provided and supervision of the use of any equipment or machinery used in the Activities.

9. Cancellation 14 days prior to the tour: the value of 25% of the cancelled booking, between 7-14 days prior to the tour date: the value of 50% of the cancelled booking, between 5-7 days prior to the tour date: the value of 75% of the cancelled booking, 48 hours including same day cancellation & no show: the value of 100% of the cancelled booking.

10. Any booking made with Mathias Tourism/Supplier will be governed by and subject to the terms & conditions. No Variation of these terms and conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Mathias Tourism.
